Old Osoaviakhim badge number 28,233 with Soviet concession awarded to the same person in 1934. Dimensions: 32 cm x 44 cm. The concession has been professionally restored, the back has a Japanese paper backing to give some stiffness to the original paper, this process is fully reversible. Background: The Osoaviakhim activist badge was approved on March 28, 1928, it was awarded to activists who efficiently directed the work of military circles, as well as to people who made great merits for the country in the field of strengthen the defense capacity.
